Big Bitch Red 2007 16.99/750 ml.
This award-winning favorite is named for our beloved Rottweiler named Caymus. Sadly, Caymus passed away in 2006, but her namesake bold Tennessee red wine carries on. This dry red is a blend of seven grape varieties grown in our Tennessee vineyards, aged in oak barrels. Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Sangiovese, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon come together to create a jammy fruit amalgam that is delicious.
Great with food or just sipping on the porch.
We're happy to introduce our new Rottweiler, Sarah. She's a sweetheart.

Creason 2005 18.99/750 ml.
Creason is a delightful blend of 75% Cabernet Franc and 25% Zinfandel, all of the fruit from our Tennessee home vineyard.
The resulting blend is spicy, smoky, flavorful and full of body.
Creason is named for, and dedicated to, our late friend Creason Clayton, who painted this and several other of our beautiful labels.

Gu-Vurtz-Tra-Weener 2008 18.99/750 ml.
This is our fun and exciting wine made from 100% Gewurztraminer grapes grown in Washington State.
This is a fresh, crisp, and fruity white, the style we like! As this wine opens up in your glass, notes of pears and grapefruit come to mind. Then you encounter cold blossoms in the spring, just that delicate sense of something floral. There's apricots, melons and pineapple in there, too. The word "versatile" has been mentioned when it comes to this wine's ability to pair with food. At home on a holiday table or a sunny picnic, it's even up for all manner of spicy bites, like tacos or enchiladas.
The label is a painting by Huntsville, Alabama artist Anna Braden. It's a spot on portrait of our Dachshund Molly.

Meadowlark Merlot 2005 18.99/750 ml.
This is the last vintage from our Meadowlark Vineyard, and is 100% Tennessee (Davidson County) Merlot, aged in new American oak barrels.
Meadowlark Merlot has plenty of structure with red fruits and a brambly finish. The personality is light, velvety and feminine.
Here is a wonderful wine for that person just moving into red wines.

Three White Sheep 2008 18.99/750 ml.
A seedless grape known for good eating can make a fine wine. Three White Sheep is a fresh, crisp, fruity and surprisingly delicious dry white wine! These grapes were grown in the Franklin, Kentucky area, just a hop, skip and a jump from our farm.
There once was a sheep that could not sleep.
So this sheep decided to count some sheep.
One sheep, two sheep, three sheep to count,
but in his dream a storm did mount
and a gale did blow on this sheep and his friends,
as he realized they were "Three Sheeps to the Wind".

Tuscan Tennessee Red 2004 19.99/750 ml.
The Late, Great Nashville painter Creason Clayton painted the beautiful piece on the label, which captures the essence of life as it is lived everyday in Tuscany. The flavor of Tuscany is what we strive to deliver in this, our first artist series wine.
Our Tuscan Tennessee Red is a blend of Nebiollo, Barbera and Syrah. Barbera has its roots set deeply in Italy, and it exhibits an attractive ripe aroma of strawberry and raspberry. Nebiollo, another grape rooted in Italian wine making tradition, is the big, dark, tannic backbone in this wine. To complete the triad, Syrah adds spice and pepper. This wonderful hearty blend is seasoned in oak barrels, bringing it together in harmony from start to its strong finish. Perfect with a warm pasta dish or hearty stew.

Z+ Late Harvest Zinfandel 2007 25.00/750 ml.
Z+ is one of our reserve wines, 100% Zinfandel, late harvest, from Lodi, California. We sourced these grapes from 100-year-old vines, which provided us with the highly concentrated juice we needed to create a big rich Zin.
This wine was originally destined to be a dessert wine, but we ended up fermenting all the way through. The result is our highest alcohol wine, but with tons of body and fruit so the balance is exceptional and the flavors create a symphony in your mouth.
Z+ is the biggest wine we've produced. It's truly "one more", and will hold its own against any of the other big boys.

Maison Rouge American Red 2007 35.00/750 ml.
Maison Rouge is our "right bank" Bordeaux blend, comprised of 75% Napa Valley Merlot, 10% Red Mountain District (Washington) Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Lodi Malbec, and 5% Tennessee Cabernet Franc. Youthful and full-bodied, this is our best Maison Rouge yet. We expect it will age beautifully for 5-10 years. Loaded with dark fruit aromas like plum, cassis and blackberries, there are supporting spice, earth and smoky notes. A complex wine to ponder, the flavors are layered and the finish is never ending.
In its infancy, Wines of the South awarded this vintage of Maison Rouge with a Gold Medal. Limited availability (23 cases).

McMahan American Red 2007 35.00/750 ml.
McMahan is our "Tete de Cuvée, our "top of the line" left bank Bordeaux blend. We only make McMahan in the best years, and 2007 is the first vintage since 2002. This wine is expected to age well for many years to come. Availability is extremely limited.
The blend is 75% Cabernet Sauvignon from the esteemed Red Mountain District in Washington, 10% Napa Valley Merlot, 10% Lodi Malbec, and 5% Tennessee Cabernet Franc.
A gorgeous nose of jam and black fruits with some cedar and vanilla bursts from the glass, introducing the rich and velvety feeling in the mouth. This is a food wine that screams for a ribeye steak and a baked potato scattered, smothered and covered.

Midnight Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 40.00/750 ml.
This is a monster; big, bold, tannic and not for the meek. The grapes are 100% Red Mountain District (Washington), the most we have ever paid for grapes. (Grown by Ed Crawford, Crawford Vineyard)
When we recieved these grapes, we were amazed at their excellent condition. The sugars, pH, and acidity were perfect and we knew we were on to something when it was drinking well out of the press.
This Cabernet Sauvignon expresses itself with a heady nose, big fruit on the front, and a finish that never stops. The wine was aged 10 months in French and American oak barrels, and is unfined and unfiltered.
